We offer a variety of classes that are accessible for all abilities, ages and stages of life. Our Yoga style is based on the Vinyasa style of Yoga, meaning matching breath to movement.

No, our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced
That said, it is important that you share with us any injuries or if you are currently pregnant or have any other physical limitations that our team need to be aware of.
If you are unsure if you are able to practice yoga, please seek independent medical advice and consult our team.
We provide everything you need, including all props including mats, bolsters and blocks.
Please bring your personal yoga mat if you prefer.
We recommend you wear comfortable, loose clothing to move in.
We ask that you observe these simple personal hygiene measures for the safety and comfort of all students
- Clean, washed clothing
- Wear deodorant and minimise heavy scents
- If you are experiencing any symptoms including, colds, flu's or gastro please wait until all symptoms clear before coming to class

You can register for classes on our website, through our website on the schedule page, or if you have an existing account, via the MindBody mobile app, or in person at the Studio.
Please use this link to create an account or log in to an existing account.
Download the Mindbody App + login with the same info you have used to create your Mindbody account.
Go to the Profile tab in the bottom right of the home screen. Select the class or appointment you'd like to cancel.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap on Cancel, then Cancel Booking to confirm.
How do I reschedule?
- After completing your cancellation, just re-book your class or appointment at the desired time.
** Please note late class cancels and no shows to classes incur an automatic $10 charge.
If you cancel your class within our early cancellation window, your account will stay in credit for that pass and you can use it to rebook another class.
Late cancels will forfeit the class pass and will not be eligible for a refund.
Early cancel - more than 12 hours pre-class commencement
Late cancel - less than 4 hours pre-class commencement
If you miss a class due to late arrival or any other reason and you don't inform the studio, this is considered a no-show and you will forfeit the class pass and will not be eligible for a refund.
Members will incur an automatic $10 no-show charge
We highly recommend that you allow 10-15 minutes pre class for car parking, to check-in and settle into the studio, arrive on your mat and be ready to get the most out of your class.
Thanks so much for understanding, these policies are in place to support our teachers and students alike.
Our classes are open to participants of all ages, but children under 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and reduce stress. It's also great for mental well-being.
We offer drop-in options as well as multi class passes to suit your preferences.
Yes, we have ample parking available out in the Balnarring village shopping centre car park
We sure do, we use Anjali cork yoga mats and props from Calm Buddhi. You're welcome to bring your own mat or props along with you to class
Yes, we offer private lessons. Please contact us for more information and to schedule.
Yes, we have a changing room and restroom available for your convenience. Located 20
metres from our studio and accessible with a key after hours.
No, flexibility is a goal of yoga, not a requirement. Our classes will help you improve your flexibility over time. You simply need an open mind and a smile
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a wide range of movement. Yoga-specific attire is not necessary.
If you are pregnant and have clearance from your physician to practice yoga, our classes are accessible to you.
It is your responsibility to inform the teach and by signing the Mindbody waiver, you agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing in the studio.
Every effort will be made by our highly trained teachers to ensure you can practice safely and effectively.
It's best to practice on an empty or lightly digested stomach. Avoid heavy meals immediately before a class, but a light snack a couple of hours before is fine.
Please inform your teacher before the class, and they can suggest modifications to accommodate
your needs.
You must have clearance from you medical practitioner.
It is recommended that you self modify your yoga, and listen to your body. At no point should you feel, pain or pinching in the body.
Listen to your teacher and your body and you can practice safely.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to sign in, set up, and prepare for the session.
Yes, we provide space for you to secure your belongings while you're in class. Please bring only what
you need to allow space for all students.
Yes, we regularly host workshops, events, and retreats. Check our schedule or website for upcoming offerings.
We request that you turn off or silence your phone and other devices in the studio to maintain a
peaceful environment.
Yes, we encourage a strong sense of community and often host gatherings or events to connect with other yogis outside of class.
