A: We are an inclusive yoga studio we teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Our teachers weave their personal yoga stories and embodiment throughout their classes. Sharing the philosophy and wisdom of the 8 limbs of Yoga.

A: We have 15 mats available
Q: What makes your boutique yoga studio unique?
A: Our studio offers a personalised and intimate experience with small class
sizes, expert instructors, and a warm, welcoming environment. We focus on
quality over quantity, ensuring each student receives an enriched and connected yoga experience, that guides you towards a deeper embodiment of Yoga on and off your yoga mat.
Q: Do I need to book a class in advance?
A: Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as our class sizes
are limited to maintain a personalized experience. You can book through our
website or app.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: We provide yoga mats, blocks, and props, but you’re welcome to bring your
own. We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing and bringing a water
bottle.
Q: Do you offer beginner-friendly classes?
A: Absolutely! If you are brand new to yoga, or returning to a practice, we recommend starting with a slow flow class or contacting us if you have any specific question or concerns.
Q: What pricing options do you offer?
A: We offer drop-in rates, class packs, and monthly memberships. Visit our pricing page on the website or contact us for details on current pricing.
Q: Do you have any introductory offers for new students?
A: Yes! We offer a special intro package for new students to try multiple
classes at a discounted rate. For just $39 enjoy 7 days unlimited access to the studio
Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership?
A: We understand that life happens! Cancellation policies vary based on the membership type—please contact the studio for details.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes you can purchase gift cards here
Please note gift cards are to be treated like cash and cannot be honoured if lost or misplaced.
Q: What types of yoga do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Mellow (Slow),Yin, Restorative,
and specialty classes like prenatal yoga and meditation sessions.
Q: How long are the classes?
A: Most classes are 60 minutes, but we also offer extended 75-minute deep-dive sessions.
Q: Can I take a private session?
A: Yes! We offer private and small-group sessions for those who would like
personalised attention or have specific goals.
Q: What time should I arrive for class?
A: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, set up, and settle in
before class begins. During peak summer, the carpark gets very busy, please allow time for parking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require a minimum of 3 hours notice for class cancellations to avoid
a late cancellation fee. This helps us accommodate waitlisted students.
Q: Can I use my phone during class?
A: To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that all phones be silenced and
kept off the mat in reception during class.
Q: Is there a place to store my belongings?
A: Yes, we provide cubbies for personal items, but we recommend leaving
valuables at home.
Q: Is there a change room?
A: We do not provide changing rooms, however we have access to clean bathrooms and amenities just to the right of our building which can be accessed by students any time.
Q: Are there age restrictions for participants in class?
A: Our classes are open to participants of all ages, but children must be over 12 and under 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Q: What if I have an injury or medical condition?
A: Please inform your instructor before class so they can offer modifications.
Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise
routine.
Q: Do you offer prenatal or postnatal yoga?
A: Yes, we offer specialized prenatal and postnatal yoga classes designed to
support mothers through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Q: What are your studio’s cleaning and hygiene protocols?
A: We maintain high hygiene standards, including regular deep cleaning of mats,
props, and high-touch surfaces. We also provide hand sanitizers and encourage
students to clean mats after use.
Q: I’m new to yoga. How do I start?
A: Welcome! We recommend starting with a slow flow or you make like to schedule
a private session for a personalised introduction.
When you participate in any of our classes, modifications will be offered and we advise listening to your own body above any instruction. Feel free to reach out if 0414you need help selecting a class.
Q: How do I sign up for a class?
A: You can sign up through our website, mobile app, head to the schedule page, select your class and you'll be promoted from there.
Q: Can I bring a friend to class?
A: Of course! We love welcoming new faces. You can purchase a guest pass or
invite them to try our intro offer.
