Californian Sage Smudge Stick

Sage is a sacred herb is used by some Indigenous peoples for spiritual + space cleansing.

Thought to clear out negative energy and cleanse space and aurs's, this White Sage Cleansing Stick is crafted from ethically farmed Californian White Sage.

The smell is herbaceous and grounding. 

When using in your home or space, we recommend opening doors and cupboards and working from ceiling corners down to the floor. For use with people smudge around the whole body and top of head, bottom of feet.

Burn whole or pull it apart and use stick by stick.

To put out, it can be butted on a solid non flameable surface or use a little water.
